Bubble Opal

Bubble Opal, also known as wildfire, bacon, or candy opal, was formed around 19,000 years ago. It is only found in one place in the whole world–outside of Milford, Utah at the base of the aptly named Mineral Mountains. High-quality clear bubble opal is especially rare. The beautiful opal is composed primarily of silica, allowing for a high polish; however, a variety of minerals throughout the opal are responsible for the vibrant coloration. To really appreciate the beauty of this stone you need to see it in real life. The bubble opal I use in my keycaps was gathered by hand from the earth, then hand cut and polished for you.

This stunning keycap has a low profile that sits slightly below your other keys maintaining practicality. Artisan keycap was originally designed to be placed on your keyboard’s ESC key but can be placed anywhere you would like.
